Step 1: Verify Your Club Settings

Wrong club settings — especially timezone — are the single most common source of "the schedule shows the wrong date" tickets. Spend three minutes here and you avoid hours of cleanup later.

What to Check

  1. Club Name — exactly as you want it to appear in emails, schedules, and PDFs.
  2. Timezone — must match where your club actually meets. The schedule, reminders, and meeting times all flow from this.
  3. Meeting Day — the day of the week (or month) your club meets.
  4. Meeting Frequency — weekly, every other week, monthly. This drives how schedules are generated.
  5. Meeting Time — start and end time in your club's local time.

Where to Set It

Open the Admin DashboardClub Settings. The form is one screen; save when done.

Why It Matters

  • Reminders and confirmation emails go out based on this timezone.
  • Schedule generation uses the meeting day + frequency to lay out future meetings.
  • Members see meeting times converted from this setting — if it's wrong for the club, it's wrong for everyone.
