Step 1: Verify Your Club Settings¶
Wrong club settings — especially timezone — are the single most common source of "the schedule shows the wrong date" tickets. Spend three minutes here and you avoid hours of cleanup later.
What to Check¶
- Club Name — exactly as you want it to appear in emails, schedules, and PDFs.
- Timezone — must match where your club actually meets. The schedule, reminders, and meeting times all flow from this.
- Meeting Day — the day of the week (or month) your club meets.
- Meeting Frequency — weekly, every other week, monthly. This drives how schedules are generated.
- Meeting Time — start and end time in your club's local time.
Where to Set It¶
Open the Admin Dashboard → Club Settings. The form is one screen; save when done.
Why It Matters¶
- Reminders and confirmation emails go out based on this timezone.
- Schedule generation uses the meeting day + frequency to lay out future meetings.
- Members see meeting times converted from this setting — if it's wrong for the club, it's wrong for everyone.
