New Member Walkthrough¶
Welcome to The Club Schedule. This is the short version of what you need to know to use the platform as a member of your club.
Plan on about 10 minutes total. You can stop after any step and come back later — your account stays put.
Before You Begin¶
- You've accepted your invitation and you can sign in. (If you can't yet, see Joining from an Invitation.)
The 4 Steps¶
- Set up your profile — name, contact info, notification preferences. ~3 min.
- Mark absences when you can't attend — single dates and recurring patterns. ~2 min.
- Confirm or decline the roles you're assigned — and what happens when you decline. ~2 min.
- View the upcoming schedule — schedule view, archives, PDFs. ~2 min.
